Photo Locations for City Car.

Hello all,

I need a bit of help as I have never really been into the static road car photography game. More the screaming GT3 car at Silverstone sort of thing.

I am however picking up my new Vauxhall Adam tomorrow and want a place to get some nice piccys. It may even turn into a two car shoot as my Stepmother is picking her Mokka up at the same time. I am looking therefore for a good location, sympathetic to a city car and urban SUVcumSupermini in Beds Harts and Bucks.

I know there have been topics to this effect in the past but I have read through the links and they are all about four years out of date. Is there anyone out there who can lend me a hand with this?

My hopes are for something which looks good at around middayish, (pick up is at eleven).
Something urban, or industrial.
Something free.

How did you get on? Midday at the weekend would push me towards industrial estates, as multi story car parks and general urban scenes would be busy at that time of the week.

I ended up going to my brothers for the evening and having a play in his garage area.



I went looking for something to do on Sunday but struggled to find a decent location.
