Samsung NX + Tablet offer
Discussion
Hello everyone,
Id just quickly like to pick your brains over something; At the moment, Samsung have (via various outlets) the NX1000 range + Galaxy 2 Tab + £50 cashback on offer for £400.
However, you can include a 16mm Pancake lens for an extra £130
or a 20mm pancake lens for and extra £50
The camera comes with an 20-50mm.
My question - Are the pancake lenses worth the extra or will the 20-50mm do the same sort of job?
Yes there probably are better cameras out there that do the simple point n shoot type of pics im going to take (range from site work to holiday snaps) better, but i also need a tablet for work/home.

Yeah, just had a quick goggle and reviews would suggest that its not that much greater than the 20-50mm lens being offered with it.
The next model up is also on offer with Curry's but unfortunately theyve sold out
Though a quick ebay search would suggest that theres brackets out there that fit other brands lenses on so may go down that route and borrow lenses off of family

I got the NX1000 really impressed with it so far.
I know, i saw your post on here and ctroGoing to go and get it later on, was trying to get the extra lens bundle but after researching into it, theres no great savings to be made (on the 50-200mm lens) so im tempted to get an adapter ring and use my step-dads Canon lens. Got to manually focus it and you lose the image stability part of i-function but think his Canon ones have the equivaalent anyway
