Good Studio Lighting Tutorials?

Hi all

I'm hunting the 'net for tutorials on studio lighting - just a best practice kinda thing?! I've made quite a few studio shoots over the past few years, but want to learn a bit more rather than just go on my (probably flawed) experience.

Anyone have any recommendations for good tutorials? Preferably readable, rather than video.

Have a look on youtube for Frank Doorhof, I watched a seminar of his at Photokina on studio lighting and despite this being far from my area (most of my shots have no-one in them!) it was fascinating.
