Blurb photo book issue.

After hearing great things about the photo books from Blurb on here i thought i would give them a try for a book of our recent Florida holiday.
Designing the album was pretty straightforward and delivery was much quicker than they said. Paid extra for the better quality paper and hard cover and i must say i was very impressed with the whole album on first looking at it.
However,sitting down down and having a good look at it i have noticed a few print quality issues with some of the larger photos on quite a few of the pages. Some of the photos have a dark strip of various widths that run vertically through the middle of the photo and some have a thin dark strip that run horizontally across the top. Contacted Blurb customer support who were very prompt in getting in touch but they couldn't see from the photos i sent any issues so i have taken some more and sent them earlier. Unfortunately it was quite tricky to photograph the issues and see it on a monitor as apposed to with your own eyes but hopefully it will get resolved.

Just contact Blurb. If you are unhappy, they will re-print for free. You may well need to send back or photos to convince.
The one time I complained, they reprinted without question
Your recommendation was one of the reasons i used Blurb Steve as you have used them many times before. These photo's show the issue better than the ones i sent yesterday so hopefully it will get resolved quick enough.
