Apparently in 2004 he "hadn't even run a mile" then worked hard to become a marathon phenomenon and now a double Paralympic Champion!

This guy amazed me... Looked out of it then it was like a supercharger kicked in....in fact all the paralympians are incredible people

The burst of speed from the back (see photo of them going round the bend below) was incredible - the whole event and support was superb.
