Photos, art, prints?
Discussion
Despite living in our house for a few years our walls are still quite bare. We have some of our photos in frames and some other bits but it's all a bit minimalist at the moment. I'm really selective about what I want to put up so it's a gradual thing rather than just lobbing loads of random canvases of flowers and sunsets from Next Home.
I guess a lot of you will have photos up, but do you have anything else? I'm really interested to see what other people have and particularly how they are displayed.
Stuff I would like to put up but haven't yet...
A Keith Haring print
Some LP covers in frames (The Who, Led Zep)
This vintage rail poster
Photos that I haven't taken yet, but have in my mind

I have an original Dexter Brown poster from the Rothmans 50000 race at Brands Hatch in 1972(?). It's similar to the one below, but all in orange, bright fuschia and yellow so a bit more abstract (enough so that it doesn't look too car-geeky). Got it at the market at Goodwood revival one year, it's fantastic and draws envy from pretty much any guests I guess a lot of you will have photos up, but do you have anything else? I'm really interested to see what other people have and particularly how they are displayed.

Too many of my own landscapes...
But amongst other stuff I have a huge canvas of this http://www.worldgallery.co.uk/art-print/Bluebird-a...
..and having a contact in MI6 (!) managed to get a print of this James Hart Dyke(which I LOVE)

...and this pencil drawing by Paul Cadden:

ETA if you like the Paul Cadden, you can buy large signed prints from his website.

Cool, there was a print of that hanging in a hotel room I stayed in, so nice to finally know who the artist is.tim-b said:

We have landscapes (countryside and cities), animals, still life type scenes, and some more contemporary stuff.
If you like people, someone like Paul Oz - http://www.pauloz.co.uk/ - might float your boat.
Paul Kenton - http://www.paulkenton.com/ - does some nice stuff too.
Give me an idea of what you're after, and what you want to spend (originals, AP, giclee, print)

I have these paintings I did of Richard Harris and Steve McQueen. Thankfully the OH likes them and was happy for me to put them up.

We don't have many photographs on display but have two fine art photos by Sam Pelly which I really like.
Great work chap! Lovin' Steve

Thank you very much. The Richard Harris one might be going soon as I have been offered a very good price. I'll hate to let it go but if I were to get attached too all my painting I would have too many. Fortunately I got it professionally photographed recently so I will have to make do with an archival pigment print while someone else has the original.
I am currently working on my first Porsche based painting and started a thread last week.
