Looking for a flatbed scanner lamp

I'm after a new lamp for an old Fujifilm Finescan 2750 flatbed scanner.

The old bulb says FA460T5/CWIBP.
It's a T5 fitment tube, 460mm long.

Google hasn't been much help, other than a place in the States which can supply a crate of 50 for $5,000.


Any ideas?
