Anyone got a driver for Cannon PowerShot A30?

Hi Chaps, I've got an old Canon PowerShot A30 which I dug out at the weekend to use in the garage to use in dusty & dirty conditions. Just pics in and around teh garage sort of stuff. Problem is since I last used it I have changed my laptop and don't have the driver and I can't seem to find one for Windows 7.

Anyone got any ideas of how to acces the pictures in the camera, anything quick and dirty will do.

Would you need a driver?

Just copy files (what type are they? RAW, TIFF, Jpeg?) onto your hard drive - depending on what format, Windoze should be able to cope with reading them?

Problem is that when I plug the camera in with the USB cable windows can't see the pictures and neither does it see it as a seperate drive?

Yeah, ok it's a big old compact flash card which doesn't fit my new PC so I'll have to get an adapter. Was hoping to use the USB cable

OK - assuming Canon support don't have an appropriate driver (I have one of their scanners and have had no problem finding the software/drivers for that though ) - a fiver gets you something like.....
