Nice composition, but for me the background looks more like OOF blur then motion blur, perhaps a slightly longer shutter speed for more sense of motion.

The fence or whatever it is in the background behind the car shatters the illusion of speed...

You can still see the rig reflected on the front of the car, good first try though.
