Happy Christmas everyone.

This is my first youtube upload, containing my 35mm portfolio from the last three years (since I started taking photographs). Ironically, the OM-3 I used to take all these was stolen a couple of weeks ago

Some nice images there Tim but not sure about how well they work on Youtube - the resolution seems very low at full screen and they are quite small otherwise. Maybe just my laptop ?

Cheers dibbley. Hmmm not sure about the resolution... I used windows movie maker and imported all full size files from my scans into that. The fade in/out transition takes a while to sharpen up and does have that 'bathroom window' effect for a while that rezzed up pictures have. Too long in my book, but otherwise I found movie maker easy to use. Thanks for the comment.

Had another look. The resolution actually looks ok in medium format - just on full screen it looks too low.

The last minute or so has no images at all, is that what you intended ?

I like it, a lot of thought has gone in to those. The runaway chicken and the 'take no prisoners' geese made me smile

Haha I was told in no uncertain terms by their owner that they are the two angriest geese in Yorkshire. They didnt start out life together but ended up as pals after their respective flocks (or gaggles??) were slain by foxes. And they're bitter as a result. A second or two after the photo, they eyeballed me and got a little close for comfort. Thanks for the comment 2slo.

Kind of. It's a lovely piece and didn't bother about fading it out as soon as the slideshow had ended.

A credit to the composer would be the least I would expect (as it was such an integral part of the slideshow), and you actually didn't let the piece of music finish! (Though I too would have faded it out to finish with the last slide).

I originally tagged it with the composer and title. Then got an email from youtube saying I might be infringing EMI's copyright - eek! Took the tags off cos I thought I ain't doing anyone any harm and would like to keep the music, hoping EMI won't track me down haha. I did think that copright wasn't an issue after 50 years beyond the composer's death. You might know something about that??
