Creating a collage/triptych for a canvas - How do it do it?

Hello photographers, This is suitably nerdy for Pistonheads, I bet someone can help me!

I have a nice set of photos I took of my old car. Far from professional, but there 'not bad' and the background/lighting is such that it highlights the car.

I'd like to get a print made up, perhaps a Collage, or Triptych perhaps. Maybe 3 or 4 of the images, probably with one being the main and the others smaller/cropped.

How could I go about setting this up? Can anyone recommend a good way to do this? Is there specific software that will help, or do I just use my PaintShop Pro?

Any good hints as to how to get a half decent print from these photos? My main worry is that those with Sky included are a bit over exposed/washed out, as is typical for a compact camera, especially when I was trying to capture a black car!

And hints for the composition? I've a decent eye for it, but its actually trying it out, digitally, thats stumped me?

And finally where shall I get it printed up or made!?
