New P&S (American purchase)

Guys, I'm off to the states soon so wondered if its worth grabbing a new point and shoot while I'm over there... I currently have a Canon 860iS, which has been beaten up a bit, so would like something new. Sometimes I just can't be bothered to carry the DSLR!

So, what's good? Budget is probably £200, which should figure out cheaper in the states.

Its going to be for 'everything else' so out and about days, where I can just take quick snaps of family, friends etc. For motorsport and setups, I'll obviously use the DSLR.

Mate of mine just picked up a new Canon S95 in the states for about £200.

They are really good. I use one most days.

I was in New York last March and managed to get a Samsung TL500, called an EX1 over here, I believe, for £200 compared to the £300 they cost over here.
