How can I edit this line out?

I fear I know the answer to this one - that being "some hard work".

Having realised that my CCD was knackered, I compensated by using 200ISO as that seemed to eliminate the line. However, on closer inspection now I've finally got around to bothering to edit them, the line is abundantly apparent.

I figure I need to spend a load of time with photoshop to edit it out, but I'm not 100% how I'm going to do it. Any tips?

I'd try the Patch tool first, and if that looked a bit muddy either clone it or use the spot healing brush tool.

Shouldn't be more than 10 mins work that

ETA - just do it in little bits rather than one whole whack

I used lasso tool and content aware fill, quick and dirty with great results.

Some hand cloning or heal brush should do it too.
