Flip Mino - any good?

Search function broken, tried all afternoon.

I want the simplest camera, a real 'point and shoot' that does vids and can knock out a still pic too - would a Flip Mino be the best answer?

I'm sure it's been discussed, if so please point me to the relevant thread.

Otherwise your words of wisdom are welcomed.
