Off to the alps, advice please

Morning all,
Off for a euro drive next weekend for 10 days with SWMBO (monaco, Flaine, Zurich, germany, Belguim, Home) Ans am looking for advice for taking pictures of mountainous scenes as never taken photos of them before? So any advice welcomed.

Tripod, every lens you have, bunch of filters, good luck.

+2 EV or your snow will come out grey.

I'd agree with the + exposure - that much white really confuses a camera. I'd bracket 3 shots 0Ev +1EV and +2EV - I'd also take a circular polarizer.

I'd also get up early before the heat ruins the light.

Using Sony A200, 18-70 kit lens, 70-200 minoulta lens and an old 55mm M42 mount on adapter manual foucs thingymajig. tripod, circular polariser, +4/5 grad and +8 filter.

Ok well i bracket all my shots by 3 (-3, 0, +3) So sould get some results somewhere, but still need to learn photoshop :s as still have crap on my sensor that london camera exchange still cant remove (even over 5 isits!!)
