These two are both superb. Composition, lighting, detail, interesting subjects... Images to be very proud of fellas!
Thanks BrokenSkunk, with concert photography you just need to work with what you're given in terms of lighting etc. I was in the right place at the right time for the Steve Howe one (Having a press pass also helped smile )

Anyone know what this is? At the edge of a field today in East Sussex. Some sort of basket material I think but I didn't get close up. From the other side of the field it looked to be about 5/6 feet up, so quite large.

It's a hide. Can you see the photographer / hunter in it?

If serious that might be right. I'd guess it was just about big enough to get a human in. Though I'd have expected a bigger spy hole.

If a joke, I clearly knew it was a joke so ignore my words above.

Like elephants hiding in cherry trees, photographers & hunters in raised hides can not be seen. Although I've no idea if the hunters / photographers have to paint their knackers pink for the illusion to work.

I think the hides are used for deer. Maybe deer don't look up, I dunno.

Great - cheers. Makes sense with the ladder. There are definitely deer around there. In fact, I've been looking out for shed antlers in the last couple of months. I found one 2 years ago but I guess they're one of those things that just happens by chance.

A few from a rally last weekend, some nice light at times.
