The double trapezoids from the shape of the tunnel and the shadow make it quite striking. One of the best things about spending a lot of the time on the coast fishing is the multitude of good opportunities for a pic that present themselves. I should get a half decent camera and learn to use it given the time i spend outside but then it is just another thing to carry along with the fishing gear.

That's a great shot.The Count said:
Thanks, appreciate that. They're mine, bit of a handful this time of year.

I don't know why but i have a bit of a thing for all Bees. I find them fascinating ,i love the little orange ones that make small nests on the ground, usually under a flat rock or old bit of board. I'm the one usually catching them and letting them out buildings or picking them up in cool areas and putting them in the sun early in the year (don't even know if that helps) and have a huge want to have a go at harvesting honey from a hive just once for the experience. I think there is somewhere local it's possible to do that so i need to give it a go.![rotate](/inc/images/rotate.gif)

my interest is piqued - where did you find out about this sort of event?
Often through local Facebook groups, but this one was at the Cheltenham Science Fesitval, which my SiL was involved with. Perhaps worth looking at the Future Labs website, as I noticed that the chap's slides were peppered with that logo.Still Mulling said:
