Yeah smashing over Helmsley too. Amazing to see, directly overhead and not to the North as well which is unusual.

Mine was handheld, but I uploaded it to Wikimedia Commons and put it in the gallery of the event, while there were still only a handful of pictures there. Imagine my surprise when I saw it had been used as the front page image on Wikipedia eek

Took this today out on a walk at lunchtime, only to send it to one of the guys I normally walk with saying I did the long lap today. Didn’t even break stride to take it, looked at it after and it’s kinda cool.

The double trapezoids from the shape of the tunnel and the shadow make it quite striking.

Less than 60 metres from a main arterial motorway and because of the trees surrounding the pond, very little traffic noise
