Have you tried racing online? One of the races is pretty easy to win, and you get about £3000 and 5 respect. When I can get a connection, I just keep doing that to get the respect up

Once you start winning races and getting cash and respect, then you can get some decent cars.I started off with an Alfa GT which ended up with loads of power, but no traction. Then I got a R34 Skyline, which had loads of power and loads of traction. Now I have a 997 because it's pretty.
No Idea where the love heart came from on my last post.I'm stuck with the Clio at the minute and can't beat the pro race. Just need to save up a bit. Only played it during half time of the football last night.
ETA - How do I use NOS? I'm tapping the symbol like crazy and nothing happens?

Downloaded it and just started playing, due to a few misclicks I ended up seling my Golf after upgrading it, so I bought a Clio, didn't like it but I persisted and sold it as soon as I could afford an RX8.
Determined to stick with this car now... Might upgrade to the supra... maybe...

Use it wisely. If you're wheels are spinning like mad in 1st and 2nd, don't throw some NOS in!

Total cash earned = 867,391
Current car is the BMW M3 fully upgraded.
As other poster said play the game online and do the 'head to head' each driver has same car if you win its approx 3.7k and 5 respect points, do it as a 1/4 mile rather than 1/2 mile as price money the same and its quicker.

Yup definitely purchased it. Even got stage 3 I think.
Even when I race online, The Nos button is there but it doesn't do anything.. Very annoying as it's getting harder to beat races.
