This is becoming a joke. First they 'allow' a beta copy to dissapear off their server, then they decide to re-write it entirely and nearly two years on still no concrete news.

They had a preview for it from E3 somewhere online. It looked incredible, ill go get my bro to fetch me the link.

Cheers Brian. A mate brought round the 'escaped' version and the graphics were awesome. The detail if the charactors is indestinguishable to that of a photo of someone.

Needless to say I had to switch the game off before it ruined my HL2 experience. I had it on order with Amazon, buy cancelled it after waiting a year.

Latest word from Valve is a 'definite summer release'. So that could mean any time from June to September. Unless of course someone steals the source code again
