PS3 Controller

Hi All

Having a problem with my controller. It keeps swapping weapons, reloading, firing (COD) or tackling, passing shooting, (FIFA) when i don't even press a button. has anyone else come across this? I was thinking maybe my next door neighbours controller is somehow finding a way to sync to my ps3 but i haven't a clue!?

HELP! (i'm not using this as an excuse for being SH*t, i know that already!!!)

if the controller is old or well used the buttons may be worn out or sticking
