Addictive little track. I've put in a benchmark, but as I spent more time drifting than driving i expect it will be beaten easily

I think it's a great track. It's the one I always use as a benchmark for a car, as it has a nice mix of slow corners, 'flip-flop' corners (technical term hehe) and the long fast, accelerate into the finish last corner.

Good choice, I'll get the Evora out when I get home smile

With these 533pp things, is it not worth setting them up where you can actually earn good credits for setting times? Say for example European Extreme event, a little restrictive with car choice etc - but at least your earning 87,000 every 3 laps.

To be honest Im not interested in these "533pp series" just because theres no credits involved. It would be nice if you could set up an "event", where people pay say 50k credits, set the restrictions, track details etc and then winner takes all bounce

With the 533 race series you get credits for winning the races. Quite a few if there's a full house. This is more about challenging yourself, if you don't get that then fine.

If you're that hard up for money I'm happy to build you a 533 car of your choice.

No Jon thats not what im saying...

What Im saying is whilst blasting round a track in practice mode, I ASSUME your not making credits or levelling up whilst doing so? I just think setting up these kind of time trial events within an A-Spec event would add credits and level increases as you compete against the times being posted here. I do this when pitting my cars against one another, I had a good mess around once for an hour pitting the 458, SLS, LP560, SV, F1, Veyron against one another, when I checked my balance I had ammased 410k in under an hour!!

Is there not screen caption software available to upload screen shots of best laps etc also?

No, you're not making credits, but I think most of us have got to the point where we don't need the money as we've got all the cars we want and have given up levelling up, or if we do we a / b spec grind it out.

Screen shots of the lap times wouldn't help, as you could just run a more powerful car. I need the Ghost to race against so I can make sure it was 533 PP.

How come we're not using the seasonal tts for this? More variety, and easier to compare times with the "show friends times" tick box...

Bit disappointed to see nobody on my list having done a lap in the mx5 at autumn ring...

There in lays the problem IMO, the seasonal time trails are fairly dull, and always dominated by one car.

The idea of this tread was to run our regular 533 cars for a bit of extra fun, and to see what car works where. If you started a thread about the seasonals I'd probably have a go too, just not spend as much time on it unless it was a really good car / track combination.

Very funny - 1.55!

I will have to check that time tonight as that might be set with 333 rules but definatley in the low 56's with a 533 set up!
