Lighting sounds neat, one "probe" contains more lighting information than an entire BFBC2 level.
Level destruction is going to be "believable" but basically everything is destructible.
Character animations powered by ANT, what EA Sports uses.

"F***" will be used often, so M rated for sure
There will be an earthquake in a level. The destruction sounds very impressive. 7 story building collapses, looks very well done
Significant narrative that goes with the SP mode
More than one setting, you're not in the middle east for the whole game
PC version is lead version
No mod tools at release. Maybe none down the line either. Frosbite 2.0 is complex and mods tools would have to be dumbed down, so does Dice really want to put their time to that or would it be better spent elsewhere?

^^^ Really looking forward to this, BF2 and 2142 were both ace and for a workable large multiplaer FPS havent been beaten yet IMO (MAG was more players but fairly samey to be honest, naff vehicles, no aircraft, etc)

I still play 2142 from time to time, and it's still good!

I fking hope so, if it was'nt for forza 3 I would probably have sold the xbox by now. If forza 4 is crap then I will loose all interest in games I think.

I can't see it being worse tbh. They've got a good thing going and have beaten GT5(in my opinion at least) in being the best driving out! I hope they have more of a tune-able set up on this one though, i love fiddling with my cars

No mod tools for BF3 is very disappointing, especially considering the quality of mods that were available for the past titles.
