At first Bloons TD4 looks very primitive and basic, with your enemies being different coloured balloons (Limited number of enemies, surely?) but it's very addictive all the upgrading, and the enemies get more complicated.
I got up to unlocking the bombing planes now, which are awesome when upgraded to level 3
