TOCA 2 only on Xbox and P.C.

What the hell is going on here??
In my limited Computer knowledge I know that the Xbox is more like a PC than a Playstation 2, but this is no excuse for not to bring out TOCA 2 on the playstation2.
Surely this means they will miss a huge chunk of the market. Its even stranger as all the TOCA's befor this have have been on the Sony platform.
Can anyone shed some light on the subject?

Unfortunately we cannot confirm any plans, at the moment, to release Toca Race Driver 2 on the Playstation 2. We do not rule out doing a Playstation 2 version, but this will not be in the immediate future.
