completely clearing details off Xbox360

how do I go about completely removing my details from my Xbox360?

So you're going to get rid of it...only to buy another when you find out how awesome FM4 is...I would hold onto it till then, surely someone will want to buy it at that time.

I'm guessing I just use the M/S transfer kit (I used to transfer my profile info from my older 20gig>>>120gig HDD a while back) to fire my details across onto the new "big-boy" then?

that will erase the 120gig HDD, but wanted to be sure there were no other details of mine stored on it afterwards

new one is still in box, unopened
