GT5 Endurance Race.. 90's Japanese sports cars.

Cars to be used are now Pre- 2000 japanese cars

Anybody up for an enduro?

I was thinking between 2 - 3 hours on Suzuka or something similar using 1990's japanese sports cars.
Restrictions would be something like (4WD)400bhp/1150kg (RWD)450bhp/1100kg (FWD) No weight or power restrictions. No restrictions on tyres, should add a bit of strategy to the race. No aids except ABS, Random Grid start, Full damage etc.

Just trying to see if there's enough interest really, if there is then we'll sort the details out then.

Could do. 2 hours is probably enough, and we'd have to be careful of the scheduling, but sounds fun...

I can do any night apart from Friday / Saturday night's, other than that i'm easy.

I think there's already something running on sunday nights for GT5 so that just leaves week nights really. Probably run it in a few weeks time to give time for people to try different cars etc.

I'm up for it. Are the power/weight restrictions the maximum/minimum allowed or does everyone have to get as close as possible? Weekday is also best for me.

That's just the max for power and the min for weight, as long as you don't go over or under you can have what you want

Can I get a Nissan Stagea counting as a sports car or do you have a list in mind that people have to choose from?

Cheers. Might not do well with it due to the weight but pre-2000 Japanese cars sounds like a good idea. Huge range available then.

Pre 2000 Japanese cars it is then, I'll mend the OP. Also going to add FWD cars
