How much of halo reach is online content?

Thinking of getting it but don't have xbox live and won't be getting it, how much of it is online, will it be a waste of money?

Theres plenty to do single player but not having live takes alot of game from you, any reason your not on live?

It's my sons xbox and I don't want him online for many reasons, one of which is I don't want him running around in an adults gaming time where they might not be so nice if he trips up.

Personally I am a pc gamer.

Couldnt agree more with you on that one. Live and PSN are full of complete tools that take it all far too seriously.
