Well quite a few copies on some of my DC hubs but I'm not going to bite mostly because I've a feeling it's just not going to be the finished article ie bugged and bits missing....

Well if what you could download is the source code leak its just that - source code.
There isn't any game data (levels, characters or anything) so its not playable and so not really that interesting to most people.
I'm not aware of any leaked playable versions, but thats not to say there isn't an alpha or beta kicking around somewhere.... haven't been looking for one
I doubt the source leak was the sole reason for the delay though, I expect it simply wasn't ready anyway.
