Can't find the game! Is the IP address correct, or have you got fed up of waiting?

Was online for 30 minutes (9:30 - 10pm) and no-one turned up! If you do not have 1.2 (tells you bottom right of screen) it should come up and tell you where to download automatically.

How do you type in an IP address

and how do you upgrade to version 1.2? also most of the servers that are there when I search are 1.1 so if I upgrade will i be able to play on other servers?

OK - so how about we give this another go tonight?

Ideally we need our own server on the internet, but unless someone here can provide that, either we use my PC to host or we join another. Problem is, the other might be full, crap map, or the like.

So, how about we try and join 'WorldofWars.org Public Server' - seems to be a good one. Try this at 9pm tonight. My ID is 'Darth Viper'. If it's full, I'll fire up my own using teh IP below.

Select Source = Favourites
Select Game Type = DeathMatch
Click 'New Favourite'
Enter any name you like, eg 'Biggleswade Battleground'
enter IP address given, eg 82.0.119.17

You should then see the server added to yoru favourites. However, in practice it has proved difficult to actually see the server in the list properly! You can but try...

Yes, I found this when I was trying to join the other night. The favourites only turned up once I asked it to display the internet games, refreshed, and then went back to display favourites. Maybe that's the trick.

I'll attempt to join in again tonight, but I'm travelling again so I may not be able to.

Ill try and be there, problem is when i tried to update to 1.2 i realised my dad changed my account _on my computer_ so its no longer an admin account. Now i cant install stuff and he isnt home to change it back.
