I think it's only out in the states (?).
Just downloaded the demo today .... thoughts : graphics are nice, but no major leap forward, gameplay has gone back more like the original UT (which is a GOOD thing IMO), sound is improved.
Played CTF which was okay, though nothing overly special. The Assault map obviously had a lot of effort put into it, but was a bit overly frantic, very processor heavy (more than playing "normal" maps) and the bots just finished the whole thing before I had time to do anything.
Rocket launcher and sniper rifle seem less effective. Chain gun seems more effective.

The vehicles in the onslaught level are AWESOME!!! 
zooming around in that dune-buggy thing and flicking out the claws to chop 4 people in half in one go just kicks ass!!
the the tanks too... proper artillery.. firing across the valley at the enemies jeeps on the other side.. and having a second player keep off the flying things with the top-cannon... VERY COOL!
admit.. apart from the vehicles there's not much new.. the the vehicles are a BIG improvement!!

NEv, forget all other modes except onslaught.
Try it, its great
