Right, that's it, 190 hours of gameplay and I've done the lot, including all the DLCs.
But now the b***rd game crashes every 10 mins...
Soooo, do I start again and make some different decisions? I think my OH will throw me out if I do though...... (But I don't half fancy going for the Alien ship right at the start to get some nice blasters to bring back down to earth and fight with)..

Finally got the last part in the puzzle (Mothership Zeta) - just need to finish it and collect all the voice recordings and I'll have maximum achievement points for the game too (1500XP). Not as impressed with this DLC as I have been with the others (Point Lookout is my favourite) - just seems far too easy and the amount of loot you amass on the way is just silly.
Only at 110 hours playing time (not including deaths after save points), so I guess I'll have to try harder, although I have done pretty much everything there is to do in the DC wasteland. Off to Vegas it is then.....

It's well worth a blast. How far have you got?
Though I now have 48000 caps, enough guns in my Megaton house to supply a revolution, and the firepower I carry is, well, rather explosive.... So I can just stroll about and massacre the raiders/mercs etc.. and I can even kill a deathclaw within my AP.. Oh, and I think I've got 203 locations on my map..........
So that's why I might start it again, basically I am also a little bored with being able to pretty much wipe the floor with everyone..
Though I now have 48000 caps, enough guns in my Megaton house to supply a revolution, and the firepower I carry is, well, rather explosive.... So I can just stroll about and massacre the raiders/mercs etc.. and I can even kill a deathclaw within my AP.. Oh, and I think I've got 203 locations on my map..........
So that's why I might start it again, basically I am also a little bored with being able to pretty much wipe the floor with everyone..

Do you mean to find the alien blaster or to get to the DLC and get into the Alien Spaceship? I'm thinking about starting a 3rd play through as a neutral character, not defusing the bomb and therefore not having a house to stock pile weapons in, only using what I can carry. Should provide a new challenge.

The wiki link there is possibly your best bet. IF I knew how to screen print I could show you, but also as it says on Wiki if you have MZ installed then that'll be the spot where my marker is for that, so if you can't find it I could try giving you a grid reference?
Oh, is everyone playing this on a HD TV as well?
I played 140 hours or so on a "normal" TV but now I have a HD TV I see so much more (I know it's only 720p) on screen etc. so I am sort of interested in starting again just for those reasons too...

Same for me. I had hardly any problems on the first run-through. Now on the seoncd, I'm getting crashes. It must be the last patch.But now the b***rd game crashes every 10 mins...

I've just bought the Game of the Year edition so I'm going to play through again, never got round to completing it the first time, got to level 15 I think with some pretty good equipment but I got side tracked by all the other thing you could do. For me this is only eclipsed by TES: Oblivion as favourite of the last few years.
