PS2 VGA Codes

I got a Blaze VGA adapter for my PS2 at christmas so I don't have to take my TV up to uni, but the only games it covers are the old ones.
For newer games you need to get codes off the net but they're not on their site anymore and the support seemed less than helpfull.

I need codes for the following games, or someone to point me in the direction where I can Find them.


GTA Vice City
Burnout
Tony Hawks 4
Matt Hofman 2
Colin Mcrae 3
Colin Mcrae 4

i got a vr2 disc from blockbuster,it has the cheats for loads of games inc the ones your after.

It's not cheats i'm after, it's the codes so I can actually see the picture on my pc moniter.

You could try getting a standalone VGA to TV converter box instead...
