Heads up: Steam Christmas Sale

Just a note to say that Steam have a Christmas sale on. The precise deal changes every day or so but, at the time of writing, they have GTAIV downloadable for £4:99! If you are reading this after 4pm or so on Christmas Eve, that will have expired and a new set of deals will have arrived.

Note to any admins, this is the official Steam download, not some iffy illegal site.

It has mostly been around your speed. I rebooted 10 mins ago to let it run overnight and was getting <40kB/s. Then I restarted the downloader and am now getting 1.3-1.4MB/s, pretty much the capacity of my ADSL. Very odd.
