PS3 CoD mw2 cheats, now im getting pi**ed off

been playing on line tonite and have witnessed 2 pairs of people cheating on seperate occasions.
what they do is hide in a remote place on a map, and one will keep using tactical insertion whilst the other repeatedly kills them, thus getting a perfect score every game until they nuke everybody.
how can i report this. its ruining online gaming and obliously catching on.
i have the id of the players involved.

I have experienced 'pairs' loads of times when playing free for all - two or three cretins who run around playing as a team, allowing one of them to get all the kills.
This was obviously apparent last night in freeforall. There was a chap of very low rank 1 or 2, who had clearly just purchased the game, playing with his mate (quite high ranking). His mate was doing all the legwork and making opponents give up their positions, and the newbie chap simply did the killing.
Sad really that people feel the need to do this.
