a good PC game review site ?

i used to use gamespot but its complete rubbish


a lot of games they dont even seem to have reviews for, only a load of preview rubbish


gamesradar, gamershell... almost unusebale as websites

so is there a decent one that isn't littered with adverts and spyware etc..?

1up, is a good website. Not so much pc but has a strong community and features lots of commentary on the gaming world in general.
Also i dont know if it still exists but i used to use actiontrip.com, that was a good site for pc news.

Another vote for Zero Punctuation on the Escapist Magazine website, but Yahtzee isn't what I would call an impartial reviewer (his vids usually take the piss out of the game no matter what) and if you want details on the actual game, look else where. That said I've yet to watch one of his reviews that doesn't make me laugh out loud!
