Yes it's awesome and it clips on the top a far better place than the bottom.
You just switch it on when you want to type or you can leave it on.
You can also use it as a tracpad and use a cursor

I asked this last night. Me and a mate completed spec ops at the weekend on his ps3. but it is so much harder on your own. ..
