So I'd like to keep the FM3 setups a close to the real SCCA rules as possible. Here's a quick link I found (not sure if it's the latest or not but should work as a starting point). http://www.specmiata.com/specifications.htm

Me!
I was planning on building a Miata up anyway, but perhaps not for racing
I take it this is going to be a case of "Planned Car for Random Races"?
I will edit the opening post with race dates and times I was planning on building a Miata up anyway, but perhaps not for racing

I take it this is going to be a case of "Planned Car for Random Races"?

was just gauging interest on here
the Specced Miata is a cracking little car i use mine for D class season races aswell as the miata only online races

Is there an "On the Web do it on the PC" design editor? It's just doing what I want on the xbox seems quite hard. (Just had a go and failed miserably.)Edited by Richard S on Monday 9th November 13:13
It's the car in my profile pic.
The problem I had was I could apply a "big red square" to the roof, and could have gone on to do the sides, but how do I get it to fit the panel lines? Of course the answer may be that you do not!
edit: oops wayyyy off topic.

Yeah as Richard S said, you have to try and find shapes that kinda fit, then fiddle around with them. Use semi circles and play with the size and skew to change the curves. Using "stamp" keeps the same shape you just used and allows you to place it again and again saving time. It still might take a while though.
