Allow you to create custom paintjobs as in FM3?

Looking at the paintjobs thread and it reminds me of when I had FM2. Got a PS3 now

I dont think it will. Kaz seems very single minded and doesn't seem to worry what people think the series needs. As far as I know he hasn't said anything about it.

Shame, as it adds so much to the online enjoyment.
