Anyone had a problem with Game and pre ordered games before?

Pre ordered Fifa 2010 2 weeks ago, it says it was posted out on Wednesday and nothing so far... Bit of a joke really seeing as i was told id have it on the release date

Been to Tescos but they had sold out of the £25 Fifa deal.

Anyone not received theirs?

Reason i dont pre-order, rather go to a shop when it's out. Not leaving it in others hands if you get desired/payed for game or not.
