Playing Gears of War 2 at the mo (yeah, I'm behind tongue out), and just had Cole Train turn up - unmistakably the voice of Terry Tate, Office Linebacker.

But what shocked me when I hit IMDB to confirm that, was that Fenix is voiced by the same guy as Bender in Futurama.

(NB - I saw Terry Tate after I played GOW 1 a couple of years ago, so never made the connection when playing it)

Any other "whoa, that's whatsis/er/face" moments when playing games?

Terry tate, what a legend hehe Infact, I think I'm long overdue watching those vids on youtube yet again.

Grand theft series is packed with cameos that although obvious now I never get at the time! Penny never really dropped until I was weeks into vice city that it was actually ray liotta voicing tommy vercetti, I know, I'm a mong hehe

Never knew it was the guy who voiced bender in gears though, instantly recognised the terry tate voice though, shame none of the people I play / played with knew who it was frown

IMBD the COD series... Think it's COD3 that has most of the Cast of Band of Brothers in it.

I did not know either the Terry Tate one or the bender - felix one. I did however recognise Ray Liotta's vioce within seconds for some reason.

I was suprised when I found out it was Kiefer Sutherland shouting grenade etc at me in CoD WaW though.

P.S. As for the office linebacker mini series, I think it should replace the stty film pisstake clips during the ad breakes on comedy central. Rain duck....fking Rain Duck, does my bloody head in lol

I've just started playing Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena and recognised the voice of the female baddie immediately, took a google to realise it was the same woman who voiced Dr. Judith Mossman in Half Life 2 though.

Same with Red Faction: Guerilla, one of the leaders on there sounded very familiar until I twigged he voiced a similar character in Crackdown.

Arfur in Fable being voiced by Alan 'Brick Top' Ford was a great bit of casting, lots of big name voiceovers in there though.

Sean Bean plays the prince's voice in Oblivion too. Given that both are Yorkshireman, as am I, that could have made a whooooole new Pythonesque intro sequence.

There is a kids TV series on the BBC called Trapped (hey, this and Raven are infinitely better than another Antiques show!) in which there is a recurring character in the form of the caretaker. The bloke that plays him does the voice for the compare the meerkats.com advert.

Edited to add: http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b008kzzs/Trap...

That's him.

Seth Green (Scott Evil, Chris from Family Guy) plays Joker in 'Mass Effect', and will reprise the role in 'Mass Effect 2' apparently.

Think Arkham Asylum had the whole cartoon cast (hence Mark Hamill)
