Thinking of getting a 360....again

Hi guys,
With Forza 3 coming up soon I am tempted to pick up another 360. However not sure if its worth it TBH.
What sort of games are out on the 360 that are good that will not hit other platforms? I currently have a PS3 and High end gaming PC.
My fear is games like Halo, GoW, PGR etc are all hitting other platforms anyway and if its a choice between a console or PC I go for the PC (due to the better download content and free internet play)
Your thoughts would be welcome
