COD4 Unable to connect to host issues (PS3)

AS it says really, been getting this error message all evening whilst trying to connect to an invite.
The part that annoys me is I am usually the host of games so my connection can't be that bad. Anyone able to help? I've done all the modem reboots and reconnecting my PS3 to the network to no avail.
