Have started the 'Be A Pro' side game within Fifa 09. Any tips on best way to improve game and increase skills quickly?

Use easy meet the requirements, upgrade your player. No quick way to do this.
Ok I'm only on season 1 but played 30 plus games and only a reg member of the first team so far

Enjoying it though
