Help!!! PS3 or XBOX360 ????

i'm a car gamer but still haven't decided what one to get in over year so brough wii!! ahah but now want a proper console, i'm swinging towards the ps3 for the free online and i've always had playstations but the xbox has forza which is ace so ? what way do i go?

100% what he said. I have both and each has their strong points, so getting the one your mates all have is the best way to choose.

yeah sorry to start enougher one of these, this first one i'm aware of.

Yeah very true go with what friends have but, i got lots friends with ps3 but tho arn't into the racing scene.

And can i ask which console is better for online racing? that will problem decide which console i will choose.

right thanks, now starting to go towards xbox because lots of people on here have forza and other good racing games.

The other big factor in favour of the 360 is that it has the proper analogue triggers. I can hardly stand playing without them whenever I end up playing a driving game on another platform!

Another plus for Forza is at the moment there are some nice cars being given away which will help you with your career.

Pretty sure my PS3 pad has fully analogue shoulder mounted triggers. They're called L2 and R2.

Oh and OP go with the PS3. Considering GT5 is out in 3 months (ish) and you want online racing, I don't really see there being another option? Forza is quite a poor copy of GT (being able to paint your car doesn't make up for the fact the cars float over the tarmac, or the circuits looks nothing like their real life equivalents), and you said most of your friends have a PS3. So that'l; be the PS3 then.
