COD Update

Has anyone noticed that as of Tuesday night I think. (since the update) COD WAW is completely different. I used to get 25 to 30 kills a game but now I cant get anywhere near it due to things being messed up. Examples below:

• Sniping - now you have to aim to the right of the person you want to hit. roughly a cm or so. You also have to hold your scope on the target for .5 of a second before you shoot otherwise your shot wont count.

• Spawns seem to be in favor of the opposition, if you die you appear with 2 guys behind you and die instantly.

• Previously I could whip out my pistol in close combat and empty a clip in the guy and win. Now I empty the clip and he puts about two bullets in me from his mp40 and Im dead.

Its put me right off the game, I want to know if anyone else has experienced any differences in gameplay.

I've got the same problem with COD4, since the update I cant hit a thing

It sounds like all the sorts of things that happen when you are playing against people with a better connection. Have you tried rebooting your router? This can sometimes improve things if there's a problem at your end.

i must say i found this in certain matches but others i seemed to get he jump on. easiest way to find out is watch the kill cam... see what you are on their screen with relation to yours. easy to tell the difference!

I actually think the op may have a point. Apart from you everyone seems to be much worse than usual at the mo. Your much better than usual, in fact I saw you get 5 kills in one game last night!

I was doing alright on WAW last night, must be because you were a gayer sniper with a light speed connection. Maybe they've evened things up and your arse is getting handed to you?

You think a pistol V an MP40 at close range the pistol should have the upperhand? Shows how good a connection you've been having.

Yeh it should when:

I know the guy is around the corner, thanks to recon. He doesnt know I am there. (no recon for him) I jump around and unleash a full clip in his back/side. He thinks * ow whats that midget biting me on my neck, Il just casually turn around, oh its an enemy, bang bang dead.....la la la*

My point is they turn around and brush you off like your nothing.

Aim for the crotch? Even a midget hurts you there.....

Do you have the Extra Kill thing for bullets?

Plus, aim for the upper body or head to get quicker kills I think....

Always play on hardcore mode... always always always.

I hate shooting someone loads and not getting the kill.. Its not even as if they stay hurt either.
