Has anyone else played this?
I got it yesterday, and its hilarious... sort of an anti-superhero game - you have cool abilities (such as being able to run up buildings, and to change your apperance), but you regenerate your health by "consuming" people, whether military, infected or innocent people
Though its pretty intense, the first hour playing made me exhausted, just because of everything going on..
The only game i can think to compare it to would be crackdown, and its so much better than that..

I looked at this last time i was browsing in Game, and it looked like a good concept, but i hadn't read much about it elsewhere, and i'm one of these people that tends to read reviews and other feedback before buying games i haven't really heard of.
I never really played Crackdown when i had it, but what i did play was quite fun. Maybe i'll rent this and see what its like.

i read the games radar review before buying and it sounded good to me...

The only bit i dont agree with is the difficulty - im finding it quite tough out of the gate tbh... but just enough to keep it interesting..

to be honest, i got to the big monster with the tenticles and gave up after several days of making no progress...
i checked online and it seemed you needed to spend an hour systematically working through bit-by-bit, and it just was too hard and repetitive..
Get your whip out and run around the base of it outrunning the orb things that it fires at you. This way you don't need to get right up to it. Then leg it when it gears up for the earthquake attack.i checked online and it seemed you needed to spend an hour systematically working through bit-by-bit, and it just was too hard and repetitive..
It doesn't take an hour but it is a bit slow going.
Completed Infamous as well as this, and I preferred that TBH. Both pretty entertaining though.
