Anyone got this game on Xbox???

its amazing!!!!

HAndling is awesome. Perhaps not quite as realistic as Sega gt2002 or GT3, but close.

However with XBOX live you get seamless 8 player online races. no lag..with full voice communication during the race. Really funny.
Massive slides rewarded too.
Dream come true.

I got it today - played it for about 2 hours so far offline. It's an excellent game.

Yet to play Live yet - i want to do a bit more practicing before i challenge the world.

My gamertag is Tuscan - feel free to add me to your friends list.

Happy gaming

It's why I want an Xbox rather than a PS2. Friends in the know say I'm better off with a PS2 and GT3, but Project Gotham started life as MSR on Dreamcast and I love that.

I had MSR on the Dreamcast, but the sound of the engines was really puny and quiet even when i turned the engine volume up. On PGR2 do the engines sound very distinct from each other, and are they loud

The engine sounds are good - much better than PGR1. Would probably sound great through a surround sound setup (i'm only playing through a stereo tv)

PGR1 engine sounds were rubbish. I may have to invest in an XBOX i've only read good reviews about PGR2.

Played it 3 days now.

Its the best driving game ever.(As an all round game )

Multiplayer is really competetive.

not long till Ive got my 911 GT3.

Got my copy today.

Its not as realistic as GT on the PS2 (and no-where near GPL on the PC) but its great fun. A good comprimise between realism and gameplay.

Only played it for an hour, kept getting awful fish-tails coming out of corners in the MR2......cant wait for something a bit more powerful

I played GPL for years non stop. regular win roc player.havent played it for ages though.

my steering wheel is knackered and I must admit, I just havent been bothered to get a new one.

Physics wise, yes, GPL is the best, but modern cars get me going a little more.
Plus its quite a laugh talking to all the other players with the xbox conferencing, while playing.

Started playing PGR2 last night, and it's pretty impressive, even down to the horrible torque steer on the Focus RS

I put in an 8 minute lap of the nuerburgring in a 355 on my first attempt and had a couple of live races, but spent most of the evening going through the single player.

highly recommended, gamertag is TrooperNeil if you want to add me, no headset yet though...

I haven't played it yet, or even own an XBOX, but am considering it. What cars do you start off with at the beginning of the game? Which cities are in the game?

What do you have to do to open up the Nurburgring? Been playing for a while but none of the challenges I'm taking seem to open it up though.

For those that are concerned my gamertag is TomOSmith, imaginative huh. Look out for in your rear view mirror.

It's one of the all-time stock challenges(?) or something. Go into the live part and take a look around at the timed challenges area.

If you don't have live, does that mean you can't get the Nurburgring?

The nurburgring is available the following ways...

a) as a ghost challenge on live
b) if you beat somebody hosting a race on the ring on live
c) by finishing the kudos world series
d) by purchasing the koennisegg[1]

I think that's about it.
