Is it me, or is it a case of "Win, or if you can't win - knock everyone else off the track in order to win" on FM2 at the minute?

I've just come off a couple of races which seem to be full of complete and utter penis-jockeys employing this very tactic, then when called out on their crap driving they have the front to say that you shouldn't be taking the inside line round corners (ermm... isn't that fundamental to racing?) and that you shouldn't attempt to overtake on straights as they swerve infront of you...

It seems to occur more when you are driving a car with a lower PI or that is "inferior" in some way to their (usually 4wd) maxed stats, stely tuned heap...

They have been watching the BTCC over the weekend.

If the game lets you do it. It's in the rules.

Freddy,

Hook up with fellow PH'ers and you'll find some good, honest racing, yes with the odd bump, but at least a fairly honest bunch up for some fun & racing rather than shunting. Keep your eye on the numerous threads, make yourself known & Bob's your Uncle n all that, your friends list is full.

Feel free to add me = gt is MuzWez

I once got banned on XB-C on the original Forza for punting someone off, even though it was going on around me left, right and centre. In fact the only reason the guy in front was there was because he had done the same thing to me 3 corners ago.

Well, here's some retards that I reckon everyone should set to avoid.

DAZ14141 and his bum boy SUCRAM 1993.

Not content with being beaten by a S998 when they're in U999's (the mark of the noob), they both took great delight in using my car as brakes rather than race. Retards of the highest order...

Also ASHNAY, again - not content with being ousted by a 'lesser' car on the corners, he decided to wait till I was at turn 1 on Mugello and use me as brakes. Once, maybe passable as an accident - three times = wker. Ended up running me off the road. Mark of the noob...

Just something I've noticed with today's retard behaviour... they all have ALL UPPERCASE gamertags, uppercase naming - the mark of the noob!!!

I have, however had some damn good clean races today, so it's not all noobish behaviour.

What's your take on this situation?

You're drifting around a corner and the person behind you, not content with being behind you, uses the fact that you're out of grip to force their way past. subsequently sending you (and your car) into the nearest tire wall.

They could have waited and taken you ont he straight... but then again, if not a designated Drift Race are they right to do so?

To be fair you should only be drifting in a drift room. If you treat it as a practice drift session and they are racing normally, its not going to work really.

ah-ha!.. Now say you're in the chase car.

How long do you leave it before you assume that they are drifting... and not just a little over ambitious?
