Race Pro - ghost town

Any news on updates to this yet?

I went on it for the first time in a few weeks over the weekend and it was like a ghost town on multiplayer. Anyone actually play this anymore?

Also, I made the mistake of playing this for a bit then going back on Forza 2 for the first time since Christmas. OMG! Doesn't Forza whip this in terms of frame rate. Noticed that I was having major understeer trouble on Forza, probably because of playing Race Pro too much.

Shame really because I like Race Pro, its just so badly done!

It seems like if they don't sell enough games the dlc gets shelved, like with Ferrari challenge, that was a nice enough game but no one bought to it, so dlc didn't come through, a shame as they said they were going to include every Ferrari made!

Problem is that the multiplayer is so dreadful that unless they sort it no one is going to bother to buy or play. Double edged sword.

Extreme shame as the dynamics are head and shoulders above Forza - I know it looks pooh but I'm there to drive not watch.

I'm waiting for the update, had some amazing close racing on live and it is just annoying!
I also would love some new cars, that are available without unlocking them!

Multiplayer really isn't that much of a pain in the bum if you know what crashes the game. Basically, if any more than 10 or so people join/leave one session then it'll eventually crash. Me and a friend run a 6-player game every night, and just restart the server every 3 or 4 races (which generally takes about 45 minutes to get through anyway.) Really hope they go ahead with the DLC as we're playing every night, and have found some really great racers - who just about manage to make up for the 'oh look no brakes' crowd. It's rather satisfying getting the drop on chavvy scrotes who can't drive for toffee.

Yeah it is! The races are amazingly good!

im a huge fan of it.. the most annoying thing is that you have to unlock the cars to play online!!

My G/T is GSI2000 if anyone fancies a race??
